Questions, answered
Still unsure about sizing or care? The details are here.
Can these rugs really go outside?
Yes — every design is made as an indoor/outdoor rug. The chenille pile and fade-resistant print are built for porches, patios and poolside, and the non-skid backing keeps it steady on hard surfaces. For longest life, bring it under cover during heavy rain and let it dry flat.
How do I clean one?
Shake or vacuum off loose dirt, then spot clean with mild soap and cool water and blot dry. Lay it flat to air dry rather than tumble drying, and skip bleach so the artwork keeps its colour.
Which size should I order?
24" × 36" suits a bedside or doorway, 36" × 60" is the most popular for kids' rooms, 48" × 72" works under a coffee table, and 60" × 84" is the statement size for lounges and outdoor settings. Measure your floor space first and compare it with the size guide above.
Will it slide on floorboards or tiles?
Each rug has a non-skid polyester backing that grips timber, tile and concrete. On very smooth polished floors in high-traffic spots, a thin rug underlay adds extra hold.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Australia. Rugs are printed to order, so each one is made for you before it heads out — your confirmation email carries tracking as soon as it ships.
